Do you offer design consultation and procurement solutions before starting a project?
Can I provide my own design ideas or reference images?
Absolutely! We encourage clients to share drawings, photos, or inspiration images to help us understand their vision. Our team can either replicate a design or create a custom piece inspired by your ideas, ensuring it fits your space, style, and functional needs.
How is the price of a project determined?
Pricing depends on a variety of factors, including the complexity of the work, materials, and custom finishes. The more complex and high-quality the materials, the higher the cost. We provide a detailed breakdown in our estimate so you have a clear understanding of the costs.
Are there any hidden fees in your pricing?
No, we insist on 100% price transparency. Your purchase quote includes materials, and we only charge for additional work or modifications if you agree.
Do I need to pay a deposit before the project begins?
Yes, we require a 30% to 50% deposit before we begin work. This deposit will secure your materials, production, and design. The remaining balance will be paid according to the agreed payment method.
What happens if I need to cancel my project?
If you cancel your project before work has begun, a partial refund may be issued depending on the stage of preparation. If materials have already been ordered or production has started, the deposit may be non-refundable to cover costs already incurred.
Do you offer refunds if I’m not satisfied with the final product?
We are confident in our workmanship and offer a quality guarantee. If you have any questions, we will make the necessary adjustments or modifications to meet your expectations. However, custom products are non-refundable as they are made specifically for you.
Do you provide on-site installation for built-in carpentry?
No! We only provide materials. Due to the long distance, we can provide installation guidance to ensure your project can be completed smoothly.
What materials do you use in your projects?
We use a variety of high-quality wood and materials with a variety of finishes to customize materials for you in multiple styles and for a variety of different application scenarios.
Do you provide a warranty on your carpentry work?
No, we only provide materials, and you find the construction workers locally. If any workmanship defects occur during this period, we will provide free guidance.
